SINE Player/Berlin Orchestra VST

Hello!

I am trying to upload the SINE Player Berlin Free Orchestra to Dorico. I have allowed SINE Players to be allowed in preferences under VST Plugins. When I go to the PLAY tab and then Playback template, I cannot see this vst at all. When I try to find it I on my laptop I also cannot find it saved, even though it says where it is saved. When I search on my computer uses some of the files names they are given, I cannot find them. Here is what I’m looking at:

Thank you!

For third-party VSTs, you usually have to create or import playback templates manually. You may try @benwiggy’s playback template here.

To use or check if a VST can be used, you should check here instead.

If the VST is available, following the numbers and you would find it in the dropdown menu.

That “Collection File Locations” window suggests that the sound files themselves are in your User Library’s Audio folder, which is not the correct or default location. But as long as they are installed, it should work. Can you play the sounds in the SINE Player itself?

That’s only for VST2 plug-ins, not VST3. (And only shown on Intel Macs.)
