You could just use the channel EQ, which has separate low pass and high pass bands on top of the 4 bands that StudioEQ has.

No offense but I don’t understand why you would want to spend money on that stone age EQ when Cubase already comes with good EQs, including a similar 10 band EQ.
Besides OP is asking for an equivalent to Logic’s single band EQ. He’s probably not looking for surgical precision.
