SKI crashes Nuendo 11

When I try to use SKI with Nuendo it crashes Nuendo 11. (Didn’t have this issue in 10.3).

I’ve been able to consistently replicate this on my machine, also after restart with the following steps.

  • Open Nuendo 11.
  • Make sure SKI is installed.
  • Try to connect to Nuendo from any Browser, with one of the two http adresses.
  • Nuendo Crashes as soon as the browser tries to connect.

It would be great if any other users could check if they have the same issue on their machine.

Did you even figure this out? Having the same issue with Cubase 11 Elements

They made an update to SKI (1.1.0.15) which at least in Nuendo 12 has made it more stable.

Is that the Dec 15, 2022 on Steinberg’s website?

Sounds about right. Try it out and see if it still crashes. It doesn’t work through a browser though
