SL10 Pro unmix in Cubase 12 pro ; instant crash! (SOLVED: See comments)

I had done unmix test in standalone with gpu. But when I tried in Cubase 12 Pro, instant crash. Tried a few times. Will try other processes too. Image attached. Ed

(a proper fix will come with patch 2)
