Hi! A slanted single tick caesura doesn’t seem to be a part of Dorico’s default setup. Is there a way to add it? (If so, I guess it involves editing some .xml and .json files, right?)

If you can find the symbol in a font, then you can create a Playing Technique easily enough and manually position it.
Can you provide an image of the symbol?
You don’t mean a “normal” breath tick?
Thanks, Benwiggy!
In the swedish Book of psalms, the slanted single tick caesura symbol is frequently used, sometime as a phrase/breat mark, sometimes as a barline replacement.
It could be argued that a “normal” breath tick could be used in these cases, but I’m after the same (more prominent) look of the single slanted caesura as seen above.
Also, I like the Dorico caesura’s behaviour of adding some extra space when used.
Your best bet is to replace one of the existing caesuras with your single stroke in the Music Symbols Editor.
Bravura has an alternate single stroke caesura.

As @benwiggy suggests, you can use Library > Music Symbols to replace one of the existing caesuras with this character. Because this is an alternate glyph, though, it gets a little tricky. Here are the steps.
Now you can input this caesura by using the popover text for the one you replaced – for example curved// for the curved caesura or single// for the single stroke caesura.
Thank you, asherber! This is exactly what I was looking for!
