Slash / Rhythmic Notation

I am coming from Finale 27 into Dorico 5.1. Trying to show an area of a part in Rhythmic notation (rhythmic slashes) for specific bars. In Finale - I could simply select the bar and hit R for Rhythmic, S for Slash. Can’t seem to get this to work the way I would like.

I selected the bars here:

Went to Edit - Notations - Voices - Rhythmic Slashes - Slashes with Stems. (Is there something easier than 5 menus to get there?) the entire part moved to slash (even though I only had 4 bars selected)

Try right-clicking on the selected area, then this:

You hace to create a new voice first. Once you have, it’s relateively easy to change a selection to whichever voice you want by pressing V (maybe a few times).

Thank you - is there any way to make a shortcut for that?

You can easily assign one yourself.
