Slate SSD4 crashing Cubase 8.0.1

The new update didn’t help. Just having SSD4 in the VI Rack causes an immediate C8 crash if I so much as click on the SSD4 track inside the inspector…as if I want to highlight the track, etc.
This is no audio loaded, and minimal 3rd party plug ins active.
Mac Pro Quad Core 3.66 with 16 gig ram.

SSD4 is working fine here on Yosemite 10.10.2 with Cubase Pro 8.0.10.

It’s crashing for me too. It’s driving me crazy.

It will work for a little while, but it will eventually crash Cubase every time. Slate needs to release an update for SSD4 before he releases SSD5.

Working fine here too, see specs below. Not sure if this was a Mac only issue.

Just want to report having the same problem. I’m running Cubase 8.0.10 on a Mac, and SSD4 causes it to crash often. When I remove SSD4 completely from a project, Cubase becomes stable again.

Any reason to not update to 8.0.20? Who knows it might work better with the update. I wonder if there is something else it is conflicting with, that you have.
