Lets say i have a long audio file in my song, is there a way to slice it to 1/16th notes in a easy way?

Set the quantize to 16th notes. Using the Split (scissors) Tool Alt+Click to Split the Audio at the first 1/16th Note. It will repeat the Split for the length of the Audio Event.
