Slightly misaligned dynamic and hairpin

my dynamics (ppp) is slightly lower than the hairpin. I have adjusted the one on the left manually, and the one on the right has not been touched.

Although it is a very slight difference, the change is somewhat noticeable when zoomed out.
The ones on the left have been adjusted, and I find that the dynamics on the right is slightly lower (and therefore misaligned) than the hairpin.

Is there a way to change the vertical alignment of dynamics and hairpin in Engraving Options?

They don’t look misaligned to me. By default, dynamics are positioned in such a way that the center of the hairpin aligns with the center of the dynamic. This becomes clearer when you add a dynamic at the start of the hairpin:

I think it’s rather common to align dynamics like that. The ones you moved up look off to me.

If you do want to change it, you could go to Engraving options > Dynamics > Vertical position and change some of the settings for immediate dynamics.

Don’t forget that the “p” only looks lower than an “f” because it has the bottom part (that would reach below an imaginary line) but no top part. If this was an “sp”, the “s” would be perfectly centered, with the “p” reaching down.
