I have the oticon app and its paired to my phone via bluetooth
Last year my hearing aids would only bluetooth to each other, if i adjusted one, the same adjustment would happen with the other
I went to Audiology quite a few months ago as one of my aids stopped worrking, and the Audiologist said that all they had were the newer bluetooth ones, so i got two new ones
With these ones they connects with my mobile and i can hear music and phone calls through them, which makes my life a lot easier!
Wow, I want one lol, mine broke too a couple of years back, the photo of a Oticon hearing aid shows a up/down volume tab whereas my Oticon’s have a single tab on each one, I have to press the right tab once to turn both sides up, pressing the left ear piece tab turn both sides down, press and hold the right tab for 2 seconds enables the HiFi settings, but no Bluetooth 
i can go every 4 years for a hearing test, but if my hearing aids stop working correctly (my right volume button doesn’t workat the moment), i will just ring audiology and they sort it for me
you should be able to if you got yours from the nhs
Mine were supplied by the NHS in 2018 and were free, they did replace them immediately they broke but I was given the same type, that was two years ago so perhaps Bluetooth devices are the norm now, I will enquire next time they break - there is a nylon blister bubble under the volume tab that has contact with a tiny switch, this operates both volume and HiFi on/off, when this blister breaks off I usually put a small shaped piece of card inside the tab to get me by, so I reckon I have a year before this one wears out, then I shall ask about Bluetooth.

I’ll tell you something, those horns are not a bad idea, my Oticons amplify sounds that are behind me instead of in front, when my wife says “can you hear that!”, I turn round so my back faces the noise……I worry she thinks I’m loosing it

You aids are like the ones my daughter recently got, and hers were bluetooth, mine at that time weren’t, which is when i found out about the new bluetooth type 
That’s what mine are like, a bit bigger than yours and my daughter’s ear piece, but I’ve always had this type, so quite deaf, and getting worse as i get older
Better start concentrate on learning to draw or paint, as don’t neem my ears for that 
Do you encounter any issues here, or discussing gear only?

I have solved the problem!
Although i tried previously to change the Bit Resolution from 16 to 24, i couldn’t. but today i could(??) and the audio is now at normal speed
The main problem, and it happens often, is that I have to select 44.1 sample rate, even though it’s already selected, which solves the problem
I could understand where a previously recorded demo was concerned, but not where i recorded my voice
Oh well, live and learn

I record my voice and then it plays back slowly
This happened with a Cubasis demo file also
I have now discovered that if I go to the Project tab in settings, change the sample and bit rate, then leave it at the original settings, it will start to play ok.
I cannot show you, as I don’t know how to video it, sorry

I know you are using Cubasis on iPhone, but the procedure I am going to explain to you is the same for iPads also:
1 Set up your reported problem situation in Cubasis.
2. Open the iPhone control centre (the photo shows iPad control centre).
3. Tap the circle I have marked in red, once you do this you will see a countdown from 3 -2 -1, screen recording will now take place. Continue to replicate your reported problem.
4. Reopen the control centre and again tap the circle in red (photo), the screen recording has now been saved to your photos, go into photos, select your recording, tap “Share” and create a folder called Screen Recordings.
Now go into Folders and open your recording, play it and if it shows everything ok you can then edit the beginning and end by selecting EDIT, you will no doubt have recorded a lot of unwanted footage, so, you will see a yellow box appear on your recorded segments, drag the left side to erase the beginning, drag the right side to erase the unwanted ending, that way your recording will be smaller in size.
Sometimes Cubasis will let me upload it without a problem, but most times a warning tells me I am not allowed to upload this file, so I upload it to DropBox (it’s free) I then obtain a link by tapping the three vertical dots/Share/Copy Link next to the uploaded file in Dropbox, it will automatically go to Clip Board.
When you open Reply to send this link to Cubasis you will see a chain link at top of window, tap this then paste the clip in the box that appears, job done
