It kind of looks like Dorico is calculating the slur as though the grace notes were downstem rather than upstem.

Any chance the grace notes are being construed as a turn ending the trill? If so, they are in the right place. How did the slur get there?
I’m not sure what you mean. I added the slur, and it displays properly in galley view, or in page/fill view when the measures are adjacent. It’s just when the first measure is at the end of a system that it seems to get drawn incorrectly.
I think the team is aware of this problem. It’s not the only issue with grace note slurs.
