I think slurring from the first (C?) to the second and then manually adjusting the slur might be your best bet.

Thank you Dan, but the end of the slur jumps to the note after the repeat.
You would adjust the endpoint in Engrave.
If you select the second C then, yes, that will happen. If you select the first one (the dotted quaver) then it should tie to the semiquaver.
