Is there a way to hide only part of the small staff?
In other words, I need to enter it using a small staff instead of ossia
In Dorico 6, you can use the cutaway feature.
This is a score that does not apply cutaways in the score settings. Is there another way to do this?
Select the two bars, right-click→Staff→Create manual cutaway.

Only the marks with the cutaway range set appear, and the bars remain unchanged.
Is it an ossia staff?

No. regular staff.
ossia is already in use elsewhere, so it cannot be applied.
