When I scroll the project window with the scroll bars, it smooth scrolls. Nice.
But when I use the mouse wheel to do the same, it jumps, which is a) not as nice, and b) not helpful to the eye in following the tracks as the move up and down.
Is there a way to make mouse scrolling smooth?
