On Cubase 10.0.60, if I try to snap locators and snap function is on “events” or “cursor” (or others), cycle locators continue to grab the grid and not the events or the cursor.
Where I’m wrong?

You’re not wrong. The more annoying problem for me is the related bug where cmd/ctrl click drag the locators doesn’t disable snapping.
Yes, cmd doesn’t snap off for locatorz! Very annoyng. So these are well known bugd? Why Strindberg doesn’t fix them??!!
I’m having the same problem. I want the locator to snap to the end of an event, but using Event snap doesn’t work.
