Snap not working properly C15

Hello friends and fiends,

For some reason the snap function has started to play up on my system. I think it has occurred after I used both snap buttons one in the project window and one in the lower zone with sample editor showing. What is happening is that the snap is behaving as if it is off, even when it is on - as seen in my short (and pretty rubbish) video. Because I am not able to snap to a bar, a number of other functions are unavailable.

It’s difficult to tell from your screen grab but it is most likely that you have an incorrect snap type selected. There are a number of options for that. You may have enabled the wrong one accidentally.

you snap to bar in lower zone, in upper zone you snap to quantize - but I can see your quantize value from your video.. if you set the snap to bar does it change anything?
