Soft e-Licenser Issues

Hi !

After spending hours looking for uninstall / install, delete files ect ect, I can not find a solution.

That’s how my Soft e-Licenser behaves. I can not activate a product for this error.

It is detected but considered as “disconnected”

An idea ?

I’m desperate :confused:

What Cubase derivative do you want to activate (Cubase AI/LE/Elements or Cubase Artist/Pro)?

Do you have MySteinberg account created already? Is your Soft-eLicenser registered there?

Btw, please blur the Soft-eLicenser number on the screenshot.
