Soft-elicenser issue :

After putting in the activation code I receive the message: Currently, there is no elicenser connected to your computer which you can down load to. Please connect an appropriate USB -elicenser to your computer.

I can not proceed past this screen and forced to cancel the activation.

Anyone have any advise? Please advise.

Window 7, Cubase 10 Pro

You list “Cubase 10 Pro” which will only work with a USB-eLicenser dongle. So you need to have one connected to your computer.

You can purchase a USB-eLicenser dongle here if you don’t have one.
