Soft eLicenser number not valid!

Hi to everybody!
I have a big issue with my Soft e Licenser: when I try to activate my license and I put my eLicense number on MySteinberg form, it shows me this error: “This eLicense number is not valid”.
How is it possible?
I upgrade eLicense version and during the maintenance procedur accour an error like “This soft eLicense number is not unique”.
How is it possible?
Can someone help me?
