When I enter my code for Cubase 11 Element into eLincenser it mentions contacting the software vendor for more details on creating one, how do you complete this? Thank you 
Even when I try from the download centre to “enter your download access code” I still get blocked by that not having an eLicence
Do you have the latest eLicenser version?
There is now a new method for getting your authorization. The code you get from Asknet is only an access code that needs to be entered into the Steinberg Download Assistant in order to authorize the software download, which will then also provide you with your Authorization Key for your eLicenser. Kind of convoluted, yes, but it works.
