Softube Console 1 Fader is not working properly

I am using Cubase 13.0.20.
Softube Console 1 Fader is not working properly,
I updated the software to 2.5.76.
Then, I could not load the previous Cubase data (it hangs up in the middle of the process).
After uninstalling the software, the data can be loaded without any problem.
Is this due to Softube Console 1 Fader?

Thank you very much.
Someone named swinginguitar mentioned it.
I deleted the Console1Fader file in the folder called User Settings and re-installed the driver and it worked.
