The solution is to install the library on an external drive and then move the files to the directory of your choice. Apparently, there is a notification on the Cinematic website about this, but I missed it.

After buying the libraries Im in exactly the same spot and don’t have a clue what to do next
If you go to the main Cinematic Studio Series web site, in the bottom right-hand corner a little Support pop-up will appear. You can search for help, or open a ticket with their support team, there.
As I stated above as the ‘solution’ for me, I had to download the libraries from Cinematic onto an external HD. I could then move them from that drive to any storage location. I got this from their support page:
Thanks and I should say they were quick about steering me toward the solution. Apparently they had spent a lot of unfruitful time and effort trying to solve the issue and future updates will all be a simpler matter through the native access installer
Also that they are a team of two people puts things in perspective
Ive never been at home w computers so yesterday was 15 hours of hell week. Once it’s all ironed out it’ll be worth the effort
