In the example below:
…I have to switch back and forth between Bravura Text 24 pt with a vertical offset of -8, and Minion Pro 12 pt. It would be really helpful if I could apply selected styles to selected sections. At present, paragraph styles apply to… the whole paragraph (which makes sense).
Or if that’s not a consideration, I’d appreciate knowing if there’s an easier way to incorporate large amounts of text that employ both text and music symbols. Thanks.
This is easily accomplished with a Character Style for the music glyphs:
Yes, but the point is that I can’t assign a different paragraph style within the same line of text. So writing “q = quarter note” cannot use multiple paragraph styles.
But you don’t need to - a Character Style will do it. Or am I missing something?
