Solved: Cubase 8 crash - Problem with Autotune 8

Solved:
The problem was in Autotune 8. I contacted their support and they apparently had several others with the same problem when using Cubase 8 in combination with Autotune 8. I received a new beta version that didn’t make Cubase crash when loading project with Autotune 8 inserted as an effect.

Autotune 8.0.2 was mailfunctioning.

Hi, any suggestions for the following issue:

Yesterday I installed Autotune 8 64-bit on my system to use it in a project I had no problem with before installing Autotune. I was able to save the project and use it but when I tried to open it today it crashed when loading a audio-track with Autotune inserted as an effect. I have Visual Studio 2013 installed so I managed to get some more debuggin information about this. Just for a notice I installed Autotune while having Cubase open and then updating the plugin-manager. I don’t know if this could have caused any installation issues.

When opening the project Cubase crashes with the (typical windows) message: “Cubase has stopped working”. Want to debug or close (etc.)?

I managed to get the following error report (I have had no problems with VirtualCZ not loading even though there is an error now):

'Cubase8.exe' (Win32): Loaded 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\VirtualCZ.vst3'. Cannot find or open the PDB file.
'Cubase8.exe' (Win32): Loaded 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Auto-Tune+Time.vst3'. Cannot find or open the PDB file.

Hi, I have the same problem with autotune crashing my project everytime I try to load it for the first time (works when I reopen the project though but it’s still annoying…).
Do you have a download link for that beta version you are mentioning ?

Thanks
