Hello friends,
I recently purchased the Cubase iC Pro app for my iPad, and I am experiencing an issue. When I open the app, I see the three modes available.
The “Project Page Setting” mode works perfectly, and the faders function correctly in the “Mixer” mode.
However, when I switch to the “Key Command Settings” mode, instead of activating the assigned command, it opens a context menu, and any click or tap I make does not execute the intended action.
It works fine with my iPhone 15, but it does not work with iPad.
Any suggestions?

iPad Pro 6th generation, iPadOS 18.0.1
Is anybody alive on this island?
Hi @AleksPal
Thanks for your message.
Is it possible that you’ve entered the edit mode of the “key command” pages by accident?
Please make sure to choose one of the view presets, located on the bottom of the Cubase iC Pro user interface - see screenshot and clip example below. Once done, tapping the key commands buttons should work as expected.
Does this help resolving your problem?
Best,
Lars
Hi Lars, Thank you SO MUCH!
Yes, I tried to access the functions through that wrench button (I did not know I should not have).
I did not even notice all those buttons below.
Thanks again. You saved my time!
Best,
Aleks
