SOLVED eLicencer issue . OIS HS 10.13.

hey composers !

My macbook was stolen, so I’ve had to use my older Imac - high serria 10.13.
and u now … the any problems with eLicencer exist - I think, all about updates.

I downloaded the newest version of software - but -
problem n.1

The ‘Online Synchronization & Maintenance’ procedure finished. Some problems occurred. Details are listed below.

Step 1: FAILED (Updating eLicenser License Database)
Step 2: OK (Repairing Soft-eLicenser)
Step 3: OK (Validating License Usage Periods)
Step 4: OK (Cleaning up eLicenser Memory)
Step 5: FAILED (Recovering License Transactions)
Step 6: FAILED (Sending eLicenser Information)

so I tried to download my Dorico licence - and didn’t get that -

could u help me ?

Can you start by downloading the demo version (or demo license) on the old computer to get you through until you can get the license issue cleaned up, or does the existence of a prior version on your new desktop prevent that?

If you are using the Soft-eLicenser, you will most likely need to go through the reactivation procedure (MySteinberg account).

Wow, stolen computer … that really blows :frowning: .

Hopefully you have properly registered things and it will be an easy recovery (for your Dorico license, at least).

so guys, thanks I solved that. I tried the demo version, but there was so simply way / menu > help > download the latest version… so thanks
