I’ve gone through a complete re-install to find out that the Meterplugs Dynameter plugin was the problem!
If you are using this plugin make sure to update to version 1.5.2 !
Can save you a lot of time and annoyance!
Version 1.5.1 of plugin was not blacklisted by the way.
