(SOLVED) Need help from Steinberg Cubasis HALion purchasing error

Swapped iPad - reinstalled Cubasis 3.8.3 on my iPad Mini 6th gen on iPad os version 26.3.1 (a). ( all app update are complete)

When I went into “deals” I am trying to buy “HALion Sonic Selection” but I am getting a purchasing error to say I’ve already purchased. When I say “download for free” I then get another error, saying purchasing error.

Any suggestion or ideas?? Tried to contact Steinberg support and told to post here.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure you’re logged into the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase
  2. Fully close Cubasis (swipe it away from the app switcher)
  3. Fully shut down and restart the iPad
  4. Launch Cubasis again and go to Shop ▸ Restore Purchases
  5. After that, try downloading HALion Sonic Selection again

If you continue to receive a purchase error message, please contact Apple Support to check whether there are any issues with the purchase.
