When I start Cubase Artist 10 I get this window saying I need to activate trial licences or remove expired licenses. I didn’t load any trial software and I don’t want to start removing programs without knowing where they were loaded from. Has anyone resolved this problem?

It looks you have installed HALion Sonic content. HALion Sonic is not part of Cubase, only HALion Sonic SE is part of it.
Uninstall HALion Sonic library, please.
These are the Steinberg programs I have loaded on my computer. Can you suggest which ones to remove?
Try removing the unlicensed librarys/entries using the Steinberg library manager program.
