Some custom instruments are not appearing in the custom score order editor

I made custom instrument definitions for string divisi.
Here they are appearing in the instrument family editor under strings as:
Violin I divis
Violin II divisi
Viola divisi
Violoncello divisi
Double Bass divisi

And here they appear in the default “Orchestral” score order:

But here they do not appear in my custom score order:

I am not sure how this is possible.

This is happening again, this time with my custom instrument definition “Boobams”.

Here it is under Library → Instruments with “Pitched Percussion” as the family:

And here it is in the setup where it has been sorted to be above the woodwinds (presumably because I cannot give it a position in the score order for being absent there):

Again, not sure how this is possible. Seems like a glitch to me.

And now, after adding some other instruments to score without changing any of the settings related to score order (such as changing the order, selecting another order preset or hitting “sort”) Dorico has decided to place my Boobams on the bottom of the score:
