You can assign these simple macros to key commands to speed up resizing.
Maximize track:
Undo Maximize track:
Set all track to same size and hide all automation:
Hide-unhide left, right and lower zones at the same time
Redefine zoom in and zoom out to zoom faster (re-assign to G and H)
And some very useful commands to add to key shorcuts:
-Zoom to selection horizontally (with a range selected)
-Zoom to project
