I have lately observed two strange things witch I’ve never experienced before

  1. Can’t EQ multiple tracks with QLINK enabled (building eq of course)

Both of them are known and already reported issues. Thank you.

To get the EQ link to work hold down the shift key when selecting the eq window then let it go. Your eq will now work across all selected channels.
For the tempo track use the “Import Tracks From Project” instead then import the tempo track from that window. HTH.
