I have tried to download Cubase Artist, Library manager to my laptop and the programmes are not downloading fully and I cannot install. I have had a lot of advice from support but all attempts still have failed. I have disabled Windows defender, AVG antivirus but still unable to install. The library manager is not listed on installed programmes. When I try to install the green progress bar goes approx 25% then jumps to next screen which goes off after 5-6 seconds. Can anyone advise what I need to disable or uninstall to enable me to get up and running.
