Now and then I get a chopped sound on playback. It affects different instruments independently. Sometimes all of them stops, sometimes some of them. Randomly different instruments. The sound is similar to when you have a bad connection with your cellphone.
I’m not sure, but could it have to do with opening different projects shortly, one after another? I haven’t had more than two projects open at the same time. Not tons of instruments or VSTs, actually quite moderate sizes. I’ve set the ‘Activate subsequent projects on load’ to ‘Never’. I aways load the initial project.
I only have this issue when using Dorico, so I doubt it has to do with my audio interface (MOTU UltraLite AVB). It affects the sound in other applications as well. Quitting Dorico and restarting the audio interface makes it go away. Suggestions?
