Song title on each part page

Song title on each part page. Is this possbible?
Why is this so hard to do???
I have a septet chart only 1 Flow Alto-Tenor -2 Trumpets-Bone- Guitar-Piano_Bass
and I want the title on each page for each part.
I went into Setup~file~project info and changed “FLOW 1 name” to the song title . It works for the full score but not the parts. Any ideas Tks.

Hi @salc, it is very easy and fast to customise what you desire (once you know how to do it).
If you only have one flow, no need to change the title or name of the flow. Just use the Project pane of the Project Info dialogue to put, first of, all the informations whose visualisation will then be handled by the tokens in your Page templates:

(Also consider that depending on how you started setting up you project, there may be different tokens used for the Full Score layout, that you can possibly customise with the instructions below, that refers to the Part layouts)

Workflow:
You need to edit the Default Page Template for the Default Parts - Page Template set (that Dorico visualises as soon as you choose a part layout from the Layout Selector on the Toolbar). here a video to show the very easy workflow:

And here (click on the arrow icon) the same four steps as screenshots:

As you hopefully see it is not hard to do. You just need to now the “recipe”, and the same principle can be applied to many other things, it is very consistent (this part of Dorico is inherited from how Desktop Publishing Applications like In Design for example, work). And there are multiple advantages of using Page templates and Tokens, instead of editing manually everything on each Page and Layout. Once you will grasp this, you will see how comfortable and handy this all concept is.

AWESOME !!! The only thing that took a while, is that you have to CONTROL click in the field to pull up project info. I thought is was in the section that sets the fonts etc. , since the word title right there.

Control click is equivalent to right click on Mac (you can activate right click behaviour, in MacOS system Setting/Mouse: it is called Secondary Click  )
