my external usb audiobox sound card is not recognized by cubase 11
this tells me that it is on the sound of my pc that cubase has recognized
and moreover, the peripheral window of sound settings, does not appear when opening the software
Does your usb audiobox have a name and model number that you could share with us?
Does the mystery manufacturer supply an ASIO driver for it, and have you installed that?
Does your audio interface show up in Windows Device Manager (like my RME interface below)?
If so have you told Cubase to use that interface?
By “software” do you mean Cubase or something that came with your Audio Interface? And “peripheral window” means ???
