Hi, i have Cubase AI 9.5 with a Steinberg UR12 soundcard and a MXL 990 microphone.
When recording vocals i can see the waves indicating that all the words has been recorded, but when playing back, the sound “cuts out” in the begining of a new phrase and seemingly only activates the sound when hitting a louder part of the wave and so makes early part of words silent.
I do not have this problem in audacity.
I am a novice in recording and english is my second language, hope someone knows what i am trying to say.
