It doesnt matter which outputs Im using och changing inte Studio Setup, when listening on a track or activate monitor the sounds sound like this??!! WTF is going on?
AI has been throwing me around in every settings and cant find the issue
It doesn’t have ears 
It sounds like you’ve got an audio loop (one of your outputs is coming back in as an input). If you open the MixConsole, do you see a channel with its meter going crazy? What audio interface are you using?
You don’t say if you are on pc or Mac, what audio interface you are using, what version of Cubase? Make sure you select the correct asio driver for your audio interface but please put a lot more detail in as that sound means absolutely nothing.
