When I open Halion Sonic SE3, I think I’m missing sound. My Halion Sonic Se3 does not find all the sounds that should be included.
Eg Bass 103, Brass 30 etc. I think there should be more sounds…
Don’t know how to solve this. Grateful for help.

I experience the same. Re-installed Halion, and registered (again), but still lots of soun ds missing.
Very annoying.
In that situation maby you mis some vstsound files.
what i did for myself previous month here is copy all my vstound files to an external drive to have that as a back-up.
But that is in HALion 7.
i think that it works the same way.
Because before i did that back-up (92GB) i missed some installed files to when i was checking how to install and remove packs with intruments,
I do not know if you can download all your content for this version of HALion, with your Steinberg installer.
But that is where those intruments are.
But i do that sort of things in the OS and all VST sounds that i can use in HALion here, i can put it back in the folders where they belong without installing now.
I know this may not solve all your problems, but how you can hold al the files with the extention vstsound in the hidden folder Appdata if it is Windows.
I have a back-up from all folders with the installing programs for Cubase and steinberg software.
When i look in those folders, i’ll find vstsoundfiles to.
That is a tricky thing if you do that by yourself in the system.
but i do that for so long with other programs to, and it is more work, but i always keep my data.
