So, I tried loading Dorico a while back, and suddenly NotePerformer 3 just wouldn’t play in Dorico, AT ALL. I tried resetting Dorico, and even resetting my computer, it did not work. I then tried switching back to HALion and that did not work as well. Now, absolutely NO document loads with sound. I watched a youtube video and tried doing what is says, both NP and HSO show instruments that are loaded, and the playback line is moving when I press play, but no sound. what could be the issue?
Right Now, HALion and NP do not load any sound on my computer
Have you tried deleting the VSTAudioEngine2 folder?
Also, please choose the menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report. That will create a zip file on your desktop. Please send to ‘u dot stoermer at steinberg de’.
