Sound Problem on one particular file - can't hear anything - secret mute somewhere?

This is a weird one on Cubase 10 and 11,.
I have one particular bak, file which won’t play sound on any speaker through my sound card etc. Other files I can hear my music. Spent ages checking settings and everything looked correct then ran a backup file and was working fine.
Still scratching my head in case this happens again.
Would still like to please resolve in case it happens again.

Try to click the Deactivate All Mute States, even though it’s not enabled, please.

Thank you , yes you are right. The rooting is all screwed up. No idea why and trying to figure it out.
