Sounds and Loops License Not Working

Just getting back into Cubase after several years, so please excuse me if this is a silly question.

I used the Steinberg Download Assistant to download and install three VST packs, Electric Bass 01, 02, and 03. They’re located in “Sounds & Loops.” I activated their license in the Download Assistant, but when I launch Cubase, I get a message that their license is expired. What am I doing wrong?

While you can download anything displayed in the download assistant, a license is needed to use it.

You can remove that stuff in the Steinberg Library Manager.
