I finally got to the end of my 68 pages of manuscript score for 20 instruments EXCEPT for the 11 pages in the middle with reservoirs (aka as aleatoric boxes). Thanks to Christian R I was able to understand how to do aleatoric boxes. And arrows (both horizontal and diagonal) were easy to do. But there remains a major issue : how can I space notes and measures to achieve something close to the original ?
I have separated this section as a block in order to apply different rules but I have not been able to find how. For example I could constrain to have only 2 or 3 measures per system. That might solve the question for the measures placement. But how can I get individual notes where I want them ?

If you want to have only two or three bars per system for a few pages, you should use manually-created system and/or frame breaks, which you can add in Engrave mode.
To move the individual notes where you want them, provided you don’t have simultaneous material in other instruments, you can use the note spacing tool in Engrave mode to push and pull things as you need them.
