SPDIF I/O unvisible

Hi,

I can’t see my MR816 CSX SPDIF input or output in VST Connexions in Cubase 6.0.3 64bits.
So I can’t select them to feed any Audio track.
I’m with a brand new PC (W7 64bits, I7 2600K, 8Go RAM, Gigabyte MB Z68-XUD5).
Any idea ?

I am no expert on this, but I think this may be due to the way the MR is set up.

Close Cubase and open the MR Editor.

Select the unit you want to edit (if you have more than one) and then select ‘Setup’.

In the centre of the screen you can select ‘ADAT’ or ‘ADAT 1-6 + S/PDIF’ - the latter may activate the S/PDIF connections, but you will lose two ADAT channels.

Thanks, it worked.
But the strange thing is that I had previously chosen SPDIF optical+coaxial in the MR Editor and in Cubase I could only see ADAT inputs…
Anyway, now I choosed ADAT 1-6 + SPDIF, I can use SPDIF Inputs and Outputs in Cubase.
