Specific stave/location playback while in Write mode

If I’m working along in Write mode in an orchestral score, and I’d like to just play all the woodwind staves soloed from m50, what’s the easiest way to do that?

I tried to figure it out by shift-clicking the woodwind staves in m50 and hitting play, but play started from the beginning and included all instruments, not just woodwinds.

Hit the P key to start playback from the selection.

…and if you want them soloed, you need to include those staves in your selection. If you select only one staff object, Dorico will play back everything.
