I bought the Spectral Layers 10 upgrade from Elements to Pro today, to take advantage of the 40% discount. I went to Download Manager, entered the Download Access Code and it showed the product as already loaded. When I tried to use it either in Cubase Pro 13 or as a Stand Alone, I always get the Elements version, not the Pro.
I tried deleting all the Elements files through the Download Manager and repeating as well as re-booting my Windows system but I still get Elements.
I’d be grateful for any thoughts on what to do next.
Is SL Pro 10 listed in the Activation Manager and is it activated there?
Apologies, I had to use the Activation Manager. When I went to it on the first occasion, it wasn’t present. Now it is and all is ok.
