SpectraLayers 10.0.30 with Cubase 13 Pro

@Tino_Hamann just follow the instructions, the solution is already in this thread.

whats wrong?

Spectralayer 10 Pro is not displayed

Looks like you didn’t add your SpectraLayers Pro license to your Steinberg account then ? https://signin.steinberg.net/

If you can see the SpectraLayers Pro 10 license in your account, as shown in your screenshot, then maybe the Steinberg Activation Manager on your computer isn’t associated with the correct account email address ? The Steinberg Activation Manager should be able to see all licenses associated with your Steinberg account.

For instance it’s strange that you have 3 licences showing in the Steinberg Activation Manager (Absolute 6, Cubase AI, Cubase Pro 13) that aren’t showing in your Steinberg account screenshot. I suspect you’re using 2 different email addresses here.

Yeah, that’s the reason. But now I have the problem that I have spectralayer 10 pro on email1 and cubase on email2. Create a ticket to switch spectralayer to email2…

Totally crazy - I wasn’t paying attention. Let’s see what support can do for me.

thx for your help

Do you have a tip on how I can replace spectralayer 10 pro from steinberg email-account 1 ?

Sorry, that’s beyond my area of expertise - I hope support can help you with that !

Okay, thank you anyway. Helped me :sunglasses::v:t2:
