@Tino_Hamann just follow the instructions, the solution is already in this thread.
Looks like you didnât add your SpectraLayers Pro license to your Steinberg account then ? https://signin.steinberg.net/
If you can see the SpectraLayers Pro 10 license in your account, as shown in your screenshot, then maybe the Steinberg Activation Manager on your computer isnât associated with the correct account email address ? The Steinberg Activation Manager should be able to see all licenses associated with your Steinberg account.
For instance itâs strange that you have 3 licences showing in the Steinberg Activation Manager (Absolute 6, Cubase AI, Cubase Pro 13) that arenât showing in your Steinberg account screenshot. I suspect youâre using 2 different email addresses here.
Yeah, thatâs the reason. But now I have the problem that I have spectralayer 10 pro on email1 and cubase on email2. Create a ticket to switch spectralayer to email2âŚ
Totally crazy - I wasnât paying attention. Letâs see what support can do for me.
thx for your help
Do you have a tip on how I can replace spectralayer 10 pro from steinberg email-account 1 ?
Sorry, thatâs beyond my area of expertise - I hope support can help you with that !
Okay, thank you anyway. Helped me
