I have Cubase 15, I was using the bundled version of Spectrasonics which was pretty useful for quick separation of music from dialog/sfx.
At some point I decided to jump on a deal to upgrade and installed the full version. The full version has been wildly inconsistent on my otherwise stable W11 system leading to full crashes with “unmix soundtrack” and “unmix noisy speech”. I’ve tried the fixes I’ve found on the forum and they’ve not worked. Annoyingly, the few times the process has worked the result were no more effective than the bundled version. I have uninstalled Spectralayers for now as I don’t have time to deal with it but I would like the more stable, as effective bundle version of Spectralayers back. However, Steinberg downloader doesn’t offer it to me now - it only offers to install the full version.
How can I get the bundle version?

PS: Not sure if this belongs in the Cubase 15 or Spectralayers 12 category.
Great idea Juergen! However, I tried it and it didn’t work.
Deativated Spectralayers Pro 12. Loaded Cubase and tried to access Spectralayers Go by using it as an extension on an audio file. Cubase said by activation had changed to Spectralayers Go and I’d need to restart to use. I restart Cubase, re-load the audio file and select Spectralayers as the extension. It shows me the identical menu to full Spectralayers (i.e. ALL the module options) so sets off alarm bells as this should be a simplified menu. I select unmix soundtrack then my rock solid W11 system crashes almost immediately (“you’ve run into problems..”).
Almost unbelievable that a full system crash can happen these days. Haven’t had one in many years but Spectralayers knows how to do it!
