I recently updated to Nuendo 11 which comes with SpectraLayers One (Version 7.0.21 Build 250) and I seem to be missing some tools?
As you can see, I only have the 8 tools available on the left, whereas the manual shows 20 tools.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to setup the toolbar somewhere?
I think the manual applies to all 3 versions of SL, including Pro. Pro would have the greatest number of tools.
Perhaps, but it is titled “SpectraLayers One 7.0 Operation Manual.”
And this specifically says “SpectraLayers One” and shows the 20 tools…
Do we think Steinberg was lazy and used the same photos from the Pro version in the One manual?
Oh I did just notice in that photo it says Pro in the window title. Dang. Haha…
So SL One has no eraser tool, eh? Bummer.
Well, I don’t own One, so I don’t know what the story is. The only thing I know is that Elements and Pro instructions are consolidated in one operating manual, so distinctions are made between Elements features and “Pro only” features. I assumed the One had been lately included, but maybe I was wrong.
Does One preferences give you the option of activating more tools?
