Spectrum Editor - vertical zoom? How to scroll up and down?

If I use the vertical zoom in the Spectrum Editor to zoom into a particular zone (maybe 2khz-3khz or so), how can I then scroll up and down to view other frequencies with the same zoom setting? I’d like to scroll down to just look at everything from maybe 20Hz to 100Hz…

Scrolling, when also zooming, is only possible when the frequency scale is linear; not when it is logarithmic.
